Location: Based within an hour of Bristol, covering customer sites

Pay Range/Details: £35,000 (DOE) + Overtime + Bonus Scheme

Contract Type: Permanent

Job Overview:

Omega Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled Machine Tool Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machine tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in machine tool service and maintenance
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
