About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team at AJ Bell Business Solutions Limited. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our next-generation investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions using Flutter and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and suggest innovative solutions to improve our platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing complex software applications using Flutter and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
