Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our team in Derbyshire, UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex emotional, psychological, social, physical, and mental health needs.
You will work closely with a Consultant Psychiatrist to oversee the planning and delivery of care, contributing to further service development, audit, quality improvement, and setting of clinical standards and governance within the Division.

Salary:
£76,017 - £99,941 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs
- Working with a Consultant Psychiatrist to plan and deliver care
- Contributing to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives
- Setting clinical standards and governance within the Division
