We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality computing environments to our users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a resilient and cost-effective infrastructure to support our business operations.
- Core Server Support: Build, maintain, and manage server environments to meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating to team members or vendors as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of IS Change requests to enable service improvement.
- Support users in their day-to-day activities, resolving problems and issues promptly.
- Build relationships with other IT teams to enhance support and communication.
- Maintain technical skills to leverage new and emerging technologies.
- Attend technical briefings and support groups.
- Develop support system roadmaps.
- Prior experience as an IT Systems/Infrastructure Server Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of VMWare, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Dell/HP hardware support and patching.
- Windows Infrastructure expertise, including Active Directory, Group Policies, DC, DNS, SCCM, WSUS, and PKI.
- Server certificate management.
- A competitive salary range of £38,350 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
