About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Legal Assistant to provide efficient support to our Corporate & Commercial Property department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filing and documentation, including client onboarding and KYC checks.
  • Compliance and administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence and organizing files.
  • Supporting Fee Earners, including diary management and inbox monitoring.
  • Preparing invoices and maintaining accurate records of aged debts and residual balances.
  • Drafting and preparing documents as required.
  • Conducting property searches and managing post-completion matters.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of law and regulations.
  • Experience with Land Registry and Stamp Duty applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software packages.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Salary:

£26,500 per annum.
