Job Overview

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will play a key role in leading our store team to deliver outstanding results. You will have a deep understanding of retail operations and be able to effectively manage stock, resources and budgets to ensure the smooth running of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Oversee the management of stock, including ordering, receiving, stocking and maintaining inventory levels
  • Manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment for colleagues and customers

Competitive Salary Package

This role offers a competitive salary package, which includes:

  • £35,000 - £42,000 per annum
  • 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata)
  • 10% in-store discount
  • Pension scheme
