Job Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
  2. Develop and implement AI/ML strategies aligned with company goals.
  3. Oversee the design and deployment of advanced ML algorithms and models.
  4. Define research roadmaps and establish robust data pipelines.
  5. Drive innovation in areas like natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into products.
  7. Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and best practices.
Technical Skills Required:
  1. Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and AI technologies.
  2. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  3. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for ML deployment.
  4. Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing.
  5. Knowledge of state-of-the-art AI techniques like LLMs, GANs, and reinforcement learning.
Compensation and Benefits:
  1. Competitive salary range: £120,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
