BAE Systems is seeking a talented Graduate to join our Submarines Team, where you will play a crucial role in designing, building, testing, and commissioning the largest and most advanced submarines ever operated by the Royal Navy.

About the Role

As a Graduate Supply Chain Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our supply base delivers value for money through planned and skilful management. This will involve coordinating supplier selection, managing the supply base, conducting contract negotiations, and developing relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate supplier selection to ensure value for money
  • Manage the supply base to deliver increased product or service quality and reduced total cost of ownership
  • Conduct contract negotiations and placement of third-party requirements
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and maintain stakeholder maps
  • Produce key reports and presentations to stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Business related degree, a Law degree, or an Economics degree.
