Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life
  • Produce Personal Independent Payment (PIP) reports to support the DWP in determining eligibility for benefits
  • Develop your clinical knowledge and assessment skills through regular feedback and supervision
