We are seeking a highly skilled Food Product Development Specialist to join our client's NPD team in Leeds.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex food products, ensuring scalability, performance, and quality of product formulations. You will also mentor junior team members and act as a key technical resource.
