Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to act as a bridge between our organization, vendors, stakeholders, and project teams. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring effective collaboration, nurturing strong relationships, and managing expectations in all Facilities Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations related to project updates and progress.
  • Monitor and report on project status, identifying any issues or risks that may impact timelines or outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
