Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Collect and format data from internal systems in Excel/Power BI for informed decision-making.
  • Perform repeatable tasks such as auditing records and providing support to the management team.
  • Support new starter administration and ad-hoc tasks for business events.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) with 2+ years of experience leading software development teams using Agile principles.
  • Servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile approaches, patterns, and techniques, including Burndown techniques and Retrospective formats.
  • Good MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based systems.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
