About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Designer / CDM Consultant to join our team at Brandon James. As a key member of our Construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage CDM projects from conception to completion
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on construction safety and risk management
  • Develop and implement effective safety strategies and protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Conduct site visits and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • Technical IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a CDM role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
