Operational Risk Manager

About the Role:
Funding Circle is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our team. As an Operational Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational risks.
- Provide risk advice and guidance to business owners and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain risk reports and dashboards to track key risk indicators.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operational risk management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex operational risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and autonomy.
