Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Health Advocate to join our team at The London Clinic, providing exceptional personalized support to our VIP clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Client Relations in administering the Health Concierge and VIP pathways.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with patients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily communication, execution, and logistics during VIP and Health Concierge client visits.
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to streamline clinical and non-clinical pathways.
  • Provide superior personalized guest services to all Health Concierge and VIP patients.
Requirements
  • Experience of five-star luxury or world-class customer service.
  • Excellent IT skills, including competency in MS Office products.
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a changing environment.
  • Tact and sensitivity when dealing with patients and visitors.
