Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on health and safety matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Support contracts and projects to ensure adherence to health and safety requirements, conducting regular site inspections and audits as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to engage employees in safe working practices, identifying and implementing safety improvements.
- Liaise with clients to provide performance updates and root cause analysis, informing coaching and feedback.
- Undertake inspections and audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, providing effective analysis to inform feedback and coaching.
- Nebosh Construction Certificate or equivalent experience.
- Full UK driving license.
- Appreciation of health and safety legislation.
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and internet skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing workloads.
- Understanding of relevant statutory, regulatory, and company policies, including ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001.
