In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to our residents, helping them to develop life skills, and promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our care teams to develop and implement person-centered care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Our competitive salary package includes a salary of £38,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
