Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision.
  • Driving business growth through innovation and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a heritage or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
