Job Description

This is Worldline UK&I, a leading innovator in the rail technology industry. We help train operators across the UK & Ireland plan and run their railways, keeping things moving. As part of the Transport Operations side of Worldline, we're seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Software Trainer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to clients on specialized Transport operations software.
  • Enhance user experience and proficiency through tailored training sessions that address the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop training materials and guides that are easy to understand and effective in conveying the functionalities and benefits of our products.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our software features and exceptional communication skills to successfully relay complex information in a digestible format.
  • Shape our training programs, implement feedback, and make necessary adjustments to ensure every learner achieves their goals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in software training, instructional design, or technical support, preferably in the rail or transportation industry.
  • Experience with transport operations software or similar systems is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in using standard software applications to design and deliver training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong professional English skills both oral and in writing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an engaging manner.
  • Patient, adaptable, and able to work with a diverse range of learners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to and teach new software tools quickly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
