Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a Head of Electrical Maintenance to lead our electrical maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and reduce costs.

As a senior leader, you will have significant experience in electrical operations and maintenance, as well as a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reducing downtime and increasing overall performance.

A competitive salary of around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience, as well as a range of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing electrical maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize system availability
  • Leading a team of electricians and maintenance personnel to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
