NPD Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled NPD Manager to lead our product innovation team. As NPD Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the NPD/EPD team to ensure seamless delivery of new and existing products.\
  • Oversee site projects, maintaining trackers and delivering results on time.\
  • Collaborate with the Technical Team to ensure project documentation is audit-ready.\
  • Refine the NPD/EPD process to enhance efficiency.\
  • Promote innovation and excellence within the team.\
  • Engage directly with customers, coordinating visits, pre-productions, and launches.\
  • Maintain high standards in Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP.\
  • Manage information effectively and maintain technical standards.\
  • Develop and implement process improvements.\
  • Analyse data to inform product development decisions.\\[\/
