About the Role

G2 Legal is seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Specialist to join their team as a remote working residential conveyancer. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer to work from home and manage their own caseload of around 75 files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files, focusing on the middle and main part of the transaction.
  • Work closely with the legal support team to set up and pass on files.
  • Have extensive leasehold and title checking knowledge and experience.
  • Be tech-savvy and able to handle cases with minimal supervision.
