About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Year 3 Teacher to join our primary school in West London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education that meets the needs of our diverse student body.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Key Stage 2 curriculum, with a focus on individualised learning targets and promoting strengths while improving weaknesses. You will create engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles, as well as monitor progress and report back to parents.

In addition to your teaching expertise, you will contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning, teamwork, and mutual respect. Your ability to manage behaviour and lead a class according to school policies is essential.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A relevant teaching qualification and experience in Key Stage 2 teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in education.
