The Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding customer projects, developing requirements, and configuring test and validation systems. You will build and maintain a test and validation facility configuration library, plan and prioritize system configuration requirements, and manage data sets, databases, and version control to ensure compliance with retention and IATF16949 audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate mechanical requirements into controls requirements
  • Develop and maintain test and validation systems
  • Plan and prioritize system configuration requirements
  • Manage data sets, databases, and version control
Requirements:
  • Educated to a minimum of degree level in Automotive, Mechanical, or Software Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or similar
  • Calibration, software, or system development and validation experience in a powertrain development environment
  • Exposure to mechanical and/or electro-mechanical components and electro-mechanical products
  • Sound mechanical understanding of fuel injection equipment and fluid dynamics
