About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced electronics engineer to join our team at PA Consulting. As an electronics engineer at PA, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and developing new electronic systems to testing and validating existing ones. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, working closely with colleagues from across the design, applied science, software, and engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new electronic systems, including circuit design, simulation, and prototyping
  • Test and validate existing electronic systems, including functional testing, environmental testing, and EMC testing
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new technologies and solutions
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Contribute to the development of future technology strategies and provide clients with wider business solutions

Requirements
  • Accredited degree in Electronic Engineering or related subject
  • Practical experience of electronics developments through university, work, or home projects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge and interest in one or more of the following areas: electronic circuit design principles, digital electronics, microcontrollers, microprocessors, embedded hardware design, embedded software development, power electronics, and radio frequency electronics
