About the role:

We are looking for a Strategic Healthcare Manager who has a strong background delivering operational change programmes within the NHS. In this strategic role, your insights and leadership will be crucial in crafting solutions to complex problems, delivering sustainable improvements, and advancing population health outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive transformation strategies to address complex healthcare challenges.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Providing expert guidance on data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in management consulting or healthcare operations with a proven track record of delivering successful transformation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, including its challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience working with complex datasets.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team of experts and make a real impact in the healthcare sector. The salary for this role is £65,000 - £84,000 + 10% bonus, depending on experience.
