Job Title: Interim Treasury Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interim Treasury Manager to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company has the necessary financial liquidity to meet its external obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regular cash forecasting process, managing regional submissions and preparing Group reports for senior management.
  • Improve the efficiency of the forecasting process to achieve accurate weekly forecasts covering 6-12 months.
  • Prepare and present detailed cash flow presentations, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver consistent detailed reports to senior leaders, including the Group Financial Controller and Chief Finance Officer.
  • Work closely with regions to improve forecast accuracy and reduce cash buffers.
  • Collaborate with the UK business and operations/manufacturing teams to ensure accurate forecasting of future purchasing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Treasury management with regular forecasting and cash planning.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and model building.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to dissect financial data sets to provide focused understanding of performance.
