Job Description: As a Clinical Pharmacist in the Haematology Directorate, you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical pharmacy services. This will include working closely with Consultants and Senior Nurses to deliver high-quality patient-focused care. The role also involves specialist pharmacist cover to the Haematology Day Case Unit and ward cover to Haematology inpatient beds. In addition, you will act as an independent prescriber for Clinical Haematology patients and mentor/management of rotational pharmacists, teaching and training, investigating and disseminating learning from incidents.

Salary and Benefits:
