Senior Physiotherapist Role at Nuffield Health

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at the North Staffordshire Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of treatment standards and compliance with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Evidence of further professional training and continual professional development.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to engage with the general public and other healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent manual therapy skills and commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Competent and confident IT user, with ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
