We are seeking a skilled Banksman to join our team in Thornhill, Dumfries. As a Banksman, you will be responsible for safely directing and banking plant equipment on a busy construction site.

• Safely bank and direct plant machinery, including cranes, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
• Ensure clear communication with plant operators to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in coordinating site logistics to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Conduct regular safety checks and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

• Valid Banksman or Traffic Marshal certification.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction environment.
• Strong understanding of site safety procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
