We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) professional to lead a critical project defining and implementing a tiered service model for our IT services. The successful candidate will have a passion for aligning IT services with business needs, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct structured analysis of existing IT services, infrastructure, and performance metrics.
  • Lead structured analysis exercises, evaluating existing service performance and defining clear service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Foster collaboration between IT teams and stakeholders to drive business value streams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, facilitating workshops and presenting findings to stakeholders while ensuring clear communication throughout the project. Our client offers a competitive daily rate of £512.50 in umbrella payments for this 3-6 month contract.
