We are seeking a skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team on a part-time basis, working 25 hours per week. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee drinks for a major High Street brand.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance within a company that values its employees and provides them with opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer demands
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
