Our client, a world-leading provider of Integrated Supply Solutions to manufacturing industries, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and orchestrating the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to completion.

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, and be able to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings to align the team with project goals and expectations.
  • Provide regular, timely, and high-quality project status reports.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage key workstream leads and project contributors.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team meets project milestones.

End-to-End Project Oversight:

  • Maintain a holistic view of the entire project, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Monitor and control project execution against the project plan, identifying and addressing issues promptly.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in successfully managing end-to-end projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

Desirable:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
