We're seeking a talented designer to join our team, someone who fearlessly pursues innovative ideas, takes creative risks, and embodies a bold approach. As a key member of our design team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients and collaborate with our talented designers to develop impactful designs that meet each project's unique requirements and vision.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent design and communication skills, a strong creative flair, and a conceptual design approach. They should be client-focused, engage clients in the design process, and demonstrate a proactive attitude that drives projects forward. Additionally, they should be able to manage multiple workflows effectively, produce construction details and tender packs with meticulous attention to detail, and possess problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach.

With a minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in a design-led practice, you'll have a solid foundation in design principles and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects. Experience in hospitality design is a plus, and proficiency in 2D Vectorworks, 3D modeling using SketchUp, and preferred rendering skills using V-Ray are essential. Site experience and a strong track record of delivering coordinated tender and construction drawing packages are also required.
