Electrical Wholesale Business Leader

Career-minded People is seeking a seasoned Electrical Wholesale Business Leader to oversee the daily operations of a thriving branch in the electrical wholesale market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the success of our electrical wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and drive sales growth.
  • Branch Management: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, inventory, and logistics.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitor and report any incidents, and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve business processes, identify areas for cost savings, and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
