About the Role

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our workforce intelligence team, you will play a critical role in supporting the provision of an effective and efficient Workforce Data and Intelligence service to the Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the timely and accurate provision of workforce information, including census returns, to Directors, Managers, NHS South West, and the Department of Health.
  • Collaborate with the Workforce Intelligence Business Partner to ensure information flows are appropriate and that the data maintained within workforce-related systems meets the Trust's quality standards.
  • Ensure data confidentiality is maintained and the appropriate level of access is granted to users of workforce-related systems.
  • Work alongside the Recruitment Team to collect and analyze applicant data to provide information related to recruitment activity.
  • Support the Workforce Intelligence Business Partner in undertaking annual audits of data held within the database and validating the data with individual members of staff.
  • Support the Workforce Intelligence Business Partner in maintaining and developing workforce systems web pages to inform and support staff in the use and functionality of these systems.
  • Provide advice and support to staff on the use of information provision.
  • Support the Workforce Intelligence Business Partner in achieving timetables for the provision of information while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Working Pattern

The successful candidate will work hours per week and hours per week, between Monday to Friday. Hours to be discussed in interview.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workforce data and intelligence, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A degree in a relevant field and experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
