Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and secure placements for vulnerable adults.
  • Provide duty cover, triaging and redirecting urgent queries.
  • Effective Communication - Confident in liaising with Social Workers and care providers via telephone and other channels.
  • Social Care Background - Experience in social care settings, understanding the complexities of adult care placements.

About the Role:

This is a temporary contract with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate. The salary is £23, negotiable dependent upon experience.
