About the Role
This senior administrative support position offers an exciting opportunity to join the Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust team. As a confidential assistant to the Trust Chair, Non-Executive Directors, and Associate Director of Communications and Corporate Governance, you will provide high-quality support and secretarial services. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative assistance, managing information flows, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining systems for annual leave, study leave, maternity leave, and sick leave.

Responsibilities
You will provide comprehensive support to the Trust Chair, Non-Executive Directors, and Associate Director of Communications and Corporate Governance, including minute-taking, document preparation, and correspondence. You will also be responsible for managing information flows within the office, internally with Trust Directorates and Teams, and externally with relevant partners and stakeholders. Additionally, you may develop and maintain systems in relation to Director/Executive members' budgetary responsibility, prepare paperwork and online documents requiring sign-off, and support the Director/Executive members in monitoring and reviewing budgetary matters.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will possess a business/professional qualification to degree level or equivalent experience, GCSE English, and evidence of continuing professional development. Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Outlook, are essential. Experience working at executive/senior level in the NHS or public sector organization is advantageous. The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
