Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Leader to join our team as a DevOps Tech Lead. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, collaborating with Product Owners to plan and achieve desired outcomes, and ensuring high-quality technical contributions.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivery Management: Oversee delivery of complex projects, ensuring predictability, quality, and efficiency.
- Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with Product and Development counterparts to proactively identify and address technical and architectural risks.
- Trade-off Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate scope, speed, and quality trade-offs with Product Owner.
- Team Guidance: Transform complex projects into individual responsibilities and collaborate with team members to create detailed execution plans.
- Mentorship: Mentor engineers, primarily Software Engineers I and II, and assist in their development and career management.
- Recruitment: Engage in hiring process, conducting interviews and assisting with headcount planning.
- Web Services: Strong background in RESTful APIs and web services.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- DevOps Tools: Knowledge of CI/CD, Gitlab.
- Extensive software development experience, particularly in .Net.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
