This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Diploma Qualified Paraplanner to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a key member of our hub in the UK, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to ensure the highest possible standard of client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Financial Advisers by reviewing fact finds, file notes, and client risk profile questionnaires to gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements
  • Undertake quotes using relevant in-house platforms or request quotes from external providers
  • Analyze data and compile suitability reports detailing recommended advice tailored to individual clients' needs
  • Discuss reports with Financial Advisers, amending as necessary, and record progress in weekly logs

You will also play a crucial role in ensuring potential service delivery failures are identified and addressed promptly, promoting swift resolution and process revisions to minimize repeat errors.

Requirements:
  • Financial Planning Diploma qualified (or equivalent professional qualification)
  • Demonstrable paraplanning experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively
