Media Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Executive to join our team at All Response Media. As a Media Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and executing media campaigns across a range of media channels, including TV, print, radio, and outdoor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimising offline media campaigns using data and making recommendations
  • Planning and media administration tasks, including the use of DDS/Ad Dynamix/Echo/RAPS
  • Analysing client and media owner outputs
  • Regular contact with media owners
  • Highlighting invoice queries and raising them to the line manager
  • Spot matching and scheduling
  • Monitoring future TV programming and monthly TV reconciliations
  • Liaising with clients and providing updates on campaigns using data from campaigns
  • Using schedule and spreadsheet calculations
  • Checking insertions against media schedules and updating
  • Vouchering, COIs, and delivery instructions
  • Negotiating with TV sales houses to deliver campaigns

  • Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
  • Meeting deadlines and prioritising workload
  • A passion for the media industry, specifically commercial media
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Analytical skills, with good numeracy and a love of working with data and Excel
  • Strong team player, but also able to work independently
  • Quick learner, who loves a challenge
