Job Title: Financial Consultant

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Hybrid (Manchester, London, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Consultant to join our dynamic team at mbf. as a Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial advice to clients, managing a portfolio of clients, and conducting client meetings remotely via Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial planning advice to clients, identifying their financial goals and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including conducting regular reviews and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Conduct client meetings remotely via Teams, using effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with the paraplanning team to ensure that client needs are met and that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring that all advice provided is compliant and in line with best practice.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma (LIBF, CISI, or CII)
  • Experience in giving financial advice and some paraplanning experience would be ideal
  • Ability to work independently without paraplanning support, although dedicated administrative support is provided
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000, depending on skills and experience
