Pediatric ICU Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a highly regarded private hospital in London.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care with a focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure best practice and high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a Paediatric Intensive Care environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:
