Pediatric Care Professional Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatric Care Professional to join our client's team in a quality family-run nursery with outstanding OFSTED status near Northampton, UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children, supporting the EYFS curriculum, and contributing to maintaining accurate and effective children's profiles with observations and development records.

The ideal candidate will have a Cache/NVQ Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Early years or equivalent, excellent spoken and written English, and passion, creativity, joy, flexibility, reliability, commitment, and good communication skills. A competitive salary ranging from £25k upwards per annum, together with a wide range of in-house training opportunities and excellent scope for career progression, makes this an exciting opportunity for any pediatric care professional looking to advance their career.
