The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a motivated team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain the highest quality of food presentation.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Oversee staff hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a management role within a busy, high-quality restaurant setting.
  • A proactive leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of hospitality operations and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 per annum.
