Job Description

This senior quality leadership role involves managing a small team of Quality Managers, Quality Inspectors, and Quality Technicians in a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the quality function from new product conception through to warranty analysis to ensure a proactive culture that delivers products to the highest standard of quality possible.
  • Create and implement best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing quality and reliability standards by studying industry benchmarks and customer requirements, developing metrics to assess performance against these standards, and actively reducing customer complaints, warranty costs, and in-house scrap and waste.
