Mencap is a leader in providing high-quality support to people with learning disabilities and their families. We are now seeking an exceptional Leadership Opportunity in Social Care to join our team based in Loughborough, Leicestershire.
This is a fantastic chance to take on a senior role within our organisation, managing a team of dedicated professionals and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The estimated salary for this role is £42,000-£47,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- 32 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 35 days with long service
- Service-related sick pay when 6-month probation is completed
- Eligibility to join Mencap Pension Plan
- Membership of Mencap Pension Plan to include up to 3 times salary death in service live cover and Income Protection of 50% salary to be triggered at 26 weeks of long-term sickness
As a Senior Team Lead - Learning Disability, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services, managing budgets and resources, and developing strategies to improve service delivery. You must have significant experience in leading teams in social care settings, particularly in learning disability services.
