Bespoke Equipment Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bespoke Equipment Engineer to join our team at NRL. The successful candidate will design, develop and deliver bespoke mechanical handling & deployment equipment, working in the subsea / marine / renewable sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing and delivering bespoke mechanical handling & deployment equipment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Maintaining technical expertise in 3D modelling and drafting
  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Marine Engineering (or equivalent design experience)
  • Chartered membership of a professional engineering institute (desirable)
  • Experience in design from first principles
  • Competence in 3D modelling and drafting
  • Effective communication and project management skills

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
