Join Our Team as a Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team at THE PIG – in the Cotswolds. As a key member of our Spa service, you will provide holistic massage and facial treatments to our guests, ensuring a bespoke and knowledge-driven experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality treatments to guests, including holistic massages and facials.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand guests' needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Spa Reception and Management team to ensure seamless delivery of treatments and services.
  • Strive to increase Spa bookings and retail sales through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Support the housekeeping department in maintaining clean and tidy treatment rooms.
Requirements:

We require a minimum Level 3 or above training in Holistic treatments. If you are unsure of your qualification, please contact us. We are looking for Spa Therapists who take pride in being well-presented, confident in their abilities, and proficient in massage, body treatments, facials, and/or nail treatments. Excellent communication skills and a desire to help guests achieve their wellness goals are essential.
