The Chef Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus that showcase traditional Spanish tapas with a focus on quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Oversee all food production, including stock management and wastage control
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and legislation related to food safety and hygiene
  • Manage the kitchen budget and contribute to the overall profitability of the business
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager in a similar environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish tapas cuisine and menu development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Working Hours:

Up to 50 hours a week over 5 days, Tuesday to Saturday
